Top up your eSIM

Bought your eSIM here and running low? Enter its ICCID — the long number on your order page — and add more data to the same eSIM. Nothing to reinstall.

You will find the ICCID on your eSIM status page, or on the phone under Settings → Cellular → your plan.

How to find your ICCID

The ICCID is your eSIM’s serial number — 19–20 digits, usually starting with 89. Three places to look:

On your order

  1. Open the delivery email we sent after your purchase and follow the link to your eSIM.
  2. Open the eSIM’s details — the ICCID is listed in the details table.

On iPhone

  1. Open Settings → Cellular.
  2. Tap your eSIM plan.
  3. Scroll down — the ICCID is at the bottom. It is also under Settings → General → About, next to your plan.

On Android

  1. Open Settings → About phone → SIM status (on Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager).
  2. Pick your eSIM.
  3. The ICCID is listed with the SIM details. Fastest route: type “ICCID” into the search bar at the top of Settings.
