The questions people ask most often about eSIM, answered plainly.
What is an eSIM, and how is it different from a normal SIM?
An eSIM is a SIM card built into the phone. Instead of putting plastic in a slot you download the operator profile from a QR code. It works exactly like a normal card, only it cannot be lost or snapped, and you can buy and install it in minutes without leaving home.
Do I need an account or registration?
No. At checkout you type one email address, where the QR code and your eSIM page link are sent. No account, no ID.
How fast do I get the eSIM after paying?
Immediately. As soon as the payment clears you see the QR code on screen and get it by email. With a card or BLIK that is a matter of seconds; with a payment link, the moment the transfer arrives.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from 2019 onwards do: iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, most Galaxy Z foldables and many Xiaomi, Motorola, OPPO and other models. The phone has to be carrier-unlocked.
Check your model on the list →How do I install the eSIM?
Scan the QR code with the phone camera while you still have Wi-Fi and follow the wizard in Settings. It takes two minutes. There is a step-by-step guide for iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Motorola and the other brands.
Installation guide →Will I keep my own phone number?
Yes. An eSIM is a second line. Your existing SIM stays in the phone and keeps your number for calls and texts — you just use the eSIM for data.
When does my plan start?
When the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it. You can safely buy and install days in advance.
Can I share the connection with my laptop?
Yes, hotspot is allowed on these plans. Bear in mind a laptop will chew through data far faster than a phone.
How can I pay?
By card, BLIK or a payment link (a pro-forma document you settle by bank transfer). Payments are handled by Stripe — this shop never sees your card details.
What if I run out of data?
Top up the same eSIM without reinstalling anything — all you need is the ICCID from your order page.
Top up an eSIM →What if it does not activate?
Get in touch and you get your money back. An eSIM that never connected is not something you should have to argue about.
Can I install the same QR code on a second phone?
No. Each QR code installs once. If you install it on the wrong phone you will need a new one, so scan it on the phone you are travelling with.
